Wedding Coordination is the perfect choice for couples who have almost finished planning their wedding. Services usually begin 2-3 months out from your wedding date. I come alongside each couple to guide you through the final weeks of your engagement with limited stress and anxiety. I become your vendor liaison and will assist in final walk-thrus, timeline creation, and last minute details to make sure your day is unique and memorable! Weekend Coordination is geared towards couples who have completed planning the wedding of their dreams and want someone to come alongside them to bring that plan to life. Services usually begin 3-4 weeks before your wedding date and includes on-site execution of ALL elements of your wedding day including set up, ceremony direction, cocktail hour, dinner, party and post party breakdown. With the assistance of the officiant, I run the wedding rehearsal at the venue making sure everyone knows what to do the next day. On your wedding day, my main goal is to ensure you are stress and worry free. I become the only point of contact for your vendors and mediate any issues that may come up so you can enjoy the day you’ve spent months (or years!) planning. I am the first person to arrive at your wedding and will be the last one out the door to make sure everything runs smoothly and to your expectations! Day of Design Set up and tear down can be a time consuming activity. At a lot of events, families and bridal parties are tasked with this job between hair appointments and getting dressed. So your friends and family can enjoy your day with you, I take care of event set-up, transition, and post party breakdown. Pass along all decor to me for set up/break down and you simply have to show up and party! (Information available upon request)
